From our experience, the earlier the building design is assessed the easier it becomes to economically maximise the final building energy rating. At design stage, minor design alterations can provide significant energy rating improvements.

A self build improvement report will indicate before construction how to reduce bills, build a warmer home, create a more comfortable living space and reduce CO2 emissions. The report will look at insulation levels, heating systems for main heating space, lighting designs and many other factors.
